Cancellation and Refund

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at timbscare@gmail.com with order details and reason for return.

  • Once approved, return shipping will be arranged by Timbs Foods.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to you within 2–3 business days.
  • For COD orders, we may request bank details for refund processing.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible.

Disputes

Timbs Foods reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds and cancellations.
