Returns

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at timbscare@gmail.com with order details and reason for return.

Once approved, return shipping will be arranged by Timbs Foods.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to you within 2β3 business days.

For COD orders, we may request bank details for refund processing.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible.
Disputes
Timbs Foods reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds and cancellations.
